I just wanted to say, I used to have the hugest romantic crush on you last year, it died for a few months, and then at camp it kind of relived itself, but now I realize that all it is a huge platonic crush <3 but I thought you might want to know :]

Am I High?
Gosh I feel so high right now haha
I got a awesome sauce new machine for my birthday and I haven't had a chance to pull it out of the box!!!! WAH!
I did buy some lime green and some purple fleece that I am going to turn into a dino hoodie shrug :D:D:D
Its gonna be awesome sauce
I am also going to figure out how to make hats and arm warmers :D
I also bought some Zebra fabric that I am going to make a Skittle Kin out of for someone who wanted to buy a Zebra print one :D
I also started to write again...its different than the last few things, and I'm not sure about it cause its very similar to Eragon....so I am thinking about changing it a bit to where its still what I want but not the same. I dont want to end up really loving this story and then having it super similar to Eragon, cause I dont want to compete with that....I did get my character for the female main done...I just have to get a design for her male twin....and yeah haha
maybe I'll share with some of you when I am happy with it.
I have noticed that I love writing a lot more lately, where as a few years ago I personally hated writing but loved(still love) reading.
OH gosh....Yesterday and today I realized just how much I missed camp, I had a breakdown yesterday....I never breakdown....wah...
but today my mom found this super hilarious thing and I laughed til I cried, so that was good and made me feel a bit better.
I miss camp, but there are people from camp I miss even more!
Its not the same waking up without them in the morning. And next year I wont get to see some of them, cause they graduated. If you read this you know who you are (((HUG)))
Well I wasnt excpecting to make this a long post...but it is haha
off to go help mommy
Bye

My camp adventures!
Hey loves!
So I've been gone for three weeks now, got back on the 9th.Just thought I would share a summary of my camp adventure!
Alright, so I figured this would be the best way to explain everything without having to go over it over and over again to every person who wanted to know what happened :] That way in chat and in real life I'm not talking about every over and over haha.
So where to start....So much happened and it was all so amazing I dont know what to talk about first.
I guess I could start with first day,
So I arrived at the park feeling odd and "left out" cause as other campers arrived everyone would run to greet them. So a few people said I was shy, but that wasnt the case, I just didnt know how to act around these people yet. So when the buses got there and we went to get on I walked up to a girl who was quite shy and said "Hi, I'm Kyra." And she looked at me and said "really?" as though in shock, and I said yes, and she said her name was Kira(spelled with a I)
So that was intresting having to say "Which one" when the staff called our names on the bus to make sure we were there.
My nickname almost became Ducky at camp because of my little ducky necklace, but there was already someone with that nickname.
So we got to camp and a staff person helped me to get my stuff upstairs(yes my cabin was upstairs(and my baggage was heavy)) So then we all meet in a huge circle in the field and we get called out into our Advisee groups...They are the group you meet with every morning(more info in a minute on that) So then each group of about 12-14 campers each meet in the field in smaller circles and that was our very first check in.
Now I know a few of you were curious about this, but that is when I broke my toe, yes I said broke.
We played a game where we all get in a circle touching shoulders and then sit back on eachothers laps in a circle. Not to bad right, it was pretty awesome cause we stayed up. Then we had to lean back on eachother to see how long we would last staying up, and we all toppled over, obviously, and my foot got caught under me funny, so my toes bent backwards and so the toe next to my big toe was then in pain. But I thought I had just jammed/sprained it. Half way through the session though it was still hurting, especially going up and down the stairs to my cabin. I am not positive it is broken, I dont know for sure, but I vibrated it last night and it hurt like hell, so its probably broke. and I dont want to go get a Xray just to know for sure and have them tell me what I already know, just to wrap it to the toe next to it. but anywho.
So onto advisee meetings every morning. So our schedule was basically wakeup call was around 9am every morning(some days where later other days earlier, but mostly just at 9am) and then we had breakfast, check in(you just get in your respecive line(a-k or l-z) and that makes sure that your still alive haha, then we had morning meeting and morning hugs :], then we had advisee meetings, where you met with your advisor(a senior staff member) and the group of 12-14 campers you were with, and you would do a check in where you basically went up in front or in the circle and basically said what you were feeling, how much sleep you got, what you wanted to do that day, etc...and you didnt have to include all that, you could leave it at "I'm tired and happy today" or you could go into a slightly lengthy check in, and then if we had time we would play games or something.
And our advisor(Blake) would do a surprise every morning, one morning we had to take a picture of ourself, another morning we had to do our check in on a mouthful of candy, and it was fun stuff like that :]
It was amazing, it always felt like you could then go and do stuff during the day without having to explain to a bunch of people how you were feeling, and if you were feeling bad then a few people then knew how you were feeling and could comfort you. It was really good.
So then to fill out our schedule we had lunch at like 2:30pm every day and dinner at 6:30pm and in between we either had projects, siesta(quiet time right after lunch), workshops(yes there is a difference between projects and workshops), and there was sometimes evening activities. Which were fun!
One night there was a formal banquet and right after a dance party, which was super fun.
Another night there was a 50's night, where you dressed somewhat 50's style and danced to 50's music, it was the night I actually partner danced! and the guy I danced with leaned me back and I didnt get dropped :D:D:D
There was prom one night(which was boring for the first half and I ended up going to bed early that night, which everyone said that after 12:30am it got better, but oh well.
And dont even get me started on Bonding Night, Trust Circle, and Closing Cermony.
ok...I guess I will go into them haha
So I cant say anything about Trust Circle except for the fact that it was really super eye opening and brought up a lot of stuff I was trying to forget. Basically everyone gets in a circle in the lodge area and a couple of staff members read statements and if they are true to you, then you step into the center of the circle, and depending on how true it is that is how far you step into the circle. So if its only a little bit true then you take one or two steps in, and if its compeltely true then you step to the middle of the circle, and pretty much anything in between. I didnt cry during it, but I did after wards.
Closing ceremony was great! We started out in the field in a circle and then sang and spiraled into the lodge, we got in a large circle and did appreciations, our intentions for the next year, graduate speeches, and then there was a huge hugging circle where you got to hug everyone. It was amazing.
Now my favorite part....Bonding night
So this I can go into more detain about than the other two really.
So it starts out with everyone who is participating(which was pretty much everyone) circles up in the field and we sing and spiral into the lodge to form the circle, the first part of the exercise is everyone closes their eyes, and you are taken to a 'partner' and you are asked to sit down in front of the person, then when they tell you to open your eyes you are sitting across from someone you either know well, dont know, or dont know very well. And this is the eye contact exercise(dont know what else to call it but a exercise) So then sitting across from this person, you are told to make eye contact, you can not break away. And they do this in three intervals, first one is 10seconds, then a 30second one, and then you do it for a full minute. And the only way I can discribe it is that you then are bonding with that one person. So then they take three of the pairs and put them into a circle of six, this is the second part of the first half. And you do a appreciation circle, where one person will be appreciated by the five others, just things that you appreciate/love about that person. And that lasts for about 6-7 minutes. There is then a break to get water and such, then the room splits into two halves, one half spreads out an arms length away from eachother and closes their eyes. The other half of the room then goes through and hugs everyone that has their eyes closed. Then after about 15-20 minutes the half that went through and hugged the half that had their eyes closed then spreads out and closes their eyes while the opposite half that was getting hugged first goes through and hugs the people with their eyes closed. Its called Unconditonal Love .
It was the most amazing night of my life, I dont think I can really describe it better, it was one of those things that you would really have to be there to get the full force of what it was. I just felt like nothing else existed except for the love that was in that room.
Wow....my fingers hurt haha....I dont really know what else to say except for the fact that I will be going every year until I cannot go anymore as a camper, and then I'll probably sign on as a Junior Staffer after that. I can safely say that camp is my home away from home.
Sorry if there are misspelled words or scenteces that dont make sense, cause I wrote it out and didnt want to edit.
I hope you enjoy reading :D

Well not much at the moment. I figured out what I am doing for my birthday this year.
We are gonna go eat lunch(since dad has to work) then go party at the park :D

Llama Fest
Hey loves! How was your weekend. Sorry I havent posted in a couple of days. Was in Utah at Llama fest
Llamas are so cute! We drove down on Friday night, spent all day Saturday at a art museum and llama fest, then drove back sunday. We went to the art museum and saw the most beautiful quilts, some machine sewn, others hand sewn. My favorite one was a blue and white square one.It had a white border with blue edging, then in the center it has a blue and white checkerboard, and around the border there was swirl roses and vines. It was so beautiful. Then at llama fest we got to see llamas(obviously ;)And ate some really good food and I got a henna tattoo on my arm, its a flower with swirls. Its beautiful.

Hey Loves
Hey my loves!
Hows life?
Good here. Still healthy :] Just downed a bowl of cheerios.
So I've been working on some artist trading card size one time prints.
The first one I did turned out loads better than I ever thought it would.
So I am working on another one of a moon goddess almost. Its turning out great.
You got any ideas for new ones?
I am thinking about doing a Alice in Wonderland one, a Sun Goddess one, and perhaps a Lolita one.
Also just got back from working out. Tried out a new class called
Salsa Fit(dance)...it...works...you!!
I was sweating and it felt good to be moving, but I hate the feel of sweat. So I am having a hard time getting past that. Does anyone have a good type of shoe style/brand that is good for doing dance classes in? cause the only problem(besides the sweat) that I had was my feet were killing me in my shoes.
So if anyone knows of a good brand/style I am open to suggestions.
Working on cleaning my room too, perhaps I shall post pictures afterwards :]
it started with the closet, and has been brought out into the rest of the room. Its making me feel so much happier. I got rid of over half of the stuff in my closet, and quite a bit of stuff has already been thrown out/donated/sold out of the rest of my room. Its getting there :D
Going to the park tomorrow, hopefully gonna take some good pictures of stuff. I love taking pictures of flowers and stuff.
Also cant wait to get to camp next month, its going to be the best year of my life yet!

Life is good
Life is much better today.
Oh yes most definatly.
After a few weeks of art block and finishing a request, I finally have my art juju back.
Working on a garden theme traditional drawing right now.
I do think I need to go and pick up a new white colored pencil though, mine is down to its last little bit.
I may have to pick up some new colors too, I like mine, but some new colors wouldnt be bad either.
My sunburn is feeling a bit better today again...though the blisters are rupturing and gross...I try not to think about that.
I like to think about the fact that it wont hurt in a couple days and how good my Arizona Lemon Tea is.
Not much to post about today actually.

-sigh-
I wish it would stop hurting...its really annoying and it hurts and I wish it would go away right now...but theres nothing I can do about it.
So now what?
I finished a request I was working on...just have to put the sealer on it and scan/take a picture of it to post up on The Otaku and dA.
Its a gothic girl sitting in the clouds. I love it.
I actually used a bit more technique with this one, I practiced my colored pencils for the girl and the clouds, and it turned out loads better than I thought, not perfect though...
I used a few different colored pastels to do the background/sky. I also tryed something I have never done before, and it turned out almost exactly the way I wanted.
Adding white arcrylic dots to the picture to make it more shoujo...and it does make it more my style :]
Right now I am trying to draw something, my paper is horrible...and I cant think straight...so I think I'll just give up for now.
Maybe I'll go watch TV...something mindless and not so much to think about.
Working on a new Skittle Kin...its a blue square pattern fabirc, I added the button eyes and green Tshirt knit fabric as patches...I just have to sew the two sides together and stuff it. Then it will be ready to go up for sale :]
Oh! and I also have a sort of commission for one that has no particular deadline.
She wants it Zebra print, I'll have to pick some up :]
I've made her one before that was awesome, it was black on black print with pink cheeks and red button eyes. Then a few months later we had a art trade where I made a pink polka dot one with a bow for her to give to a friend.
This next one she plans on paying for :]

Crying inside
WAHHHHHHHH!!!
My sunburn really really hurts!

Sittin on my butt
I feel like there was something I should have been doing today...but I dont think there was.
I got the keychains for my Aunt who is a teacher done...she wanted gifts for her grads. So I got keychains done for her.
I finished most of the contests I was doing, I just have one more right now.
Next I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to do these two pictures commissioned from me. I am doing two images, the woman wants Hadrian's Wall
a roman wall.
One of what it looked like a long time ago with roman soilders walking on it, and a second of what it looks like now, the ruins with people standing around it taking pictures, ect...
I did get some new charms done :D
I have a little pink elephant, a little pink owl, a dino, and a unicorn.
Also i have some mustaches that I am going to attach magnets too and then sell them as a one time only set.
They are cool.
My hair has also been cut, check out my new profile pic.
I have it cut short with a couple streaks in purple. I love it!
Think I'm gonna try and bowl tomorrow too...now that my foot is back where it belongs haha.
Well, guess I'm gonna go off and draw.

Life
I was a little frustrated earlier trying to finish some special order keychains as graduation gifts.
They are all glued together now though, and all I have to worry about is adding the keychain and shipping them.
Yay!!!
Next target on my list is for a new Threadless Tee contest
theme being Coffee.
And then working on two paintings commissioned by someone for
Hadrian's Wall.
One with the roman soilders on it from way back when it was still a intact wall,
and the other a modern day one with a few people standing around the ruins taking pictures, drawing, etc...
I am glad my foot is getting better too, thank goddess for chiropractors who know what they are doing. :]
The orthapedic though i may have bones starting to fuse, wich is slightly true to a point. I may still have some tendonitis and inflamed ligaments, but what the real problem was, my femur bone had slid out of alignment on my talus bone and thats what was causing all the pain and not being able to walk and stuff.
So I dont have to wear the walking cast, I still am doing the at home PT exercises that the Sport PT gave me to do everyday.
But when I go back to the doc in June I should be fine! yay! the chiropractor wants me to go back to him in a couple weeks so he can adjust my ankle again.
So no more stressing about that.
Getting my hair done Saturday. Getting it cut short and getting a purple streak down the front. I can't wait.
I am glad I really thought about it, I think its the right desicion this time.
And now that I found a hair stylist who knows what she is doing and I trust, everything is good.

My view on this whole situation
Ok, now this is my opinion and I am not pointing at any one person.
I dont care how many of you read this, if its 0 or 1,000,000+
and I also dont care how many I offend, this is only my opinion on the matter, and as far as I'm told from our amendments I am allowed my freedom of speech.
So lately I've notice, mainly on facebook, that there are a lot of Obama hate groups, these people are saying its a joke, but its in bad humour and I dont think it is a joke.
One thats stood out to me is one called
"Dear Lord, this year you took my favorite actor, Patrick Swayzie. You took my favorite actress, Farah Fawcett. You took my favorite singer, Micheal Jackson. I just wanted to let you know, my favorite President is Barak Obama. Amen."
Now I am sure someone posted this as a joke, but as I said its a bad humoured joke and a whole lot of people are taking it very seriously.
Has anyone ever heard of the word treason?
Because thats what this is, it's wishing ill of ones leader. And in most countries its a federal crime. And I understand we are a free coutry, but I feel that even if you dislike a person, its one thing to speak your opnion, but its another thing to wish them dead. And yes, I dont really agree with what Obama is trying to put into affect, and I can hope that he will get voted out of office when his term is finished, but I do not wish him dead. I respect him for who he is, he is our countries leader and we can only be a stronger country by setting example to the next generation and respect our leaders.
As I see it we ARE setting a bad example for the next generation by posting these hate groups, hate is a strong word and it should never be used in context against anyone, especially our president.
I see that freedom of speech and being allowed to speak your opinion is one thing, but wishing ill on someone is another thing. And yes we may get offended by a persons opinion, but that doesnt mean we should hate them.
These lyrics should be a example of what we should be saying.
"Hate is a strong word. But I really really really don't like you." Hate(I really dont like you) by Plain White T's
I am not sorry if I offend anyone, but this is my opinion and I'm stuck to it like glue.
“Peace is not something you wish for; It's something you make, Something you do, Something you are, And something you give away.”

Better Post
Ok, just thought I would work on this a bit more, and write out a better post as to life, lol.
Well right now I'm thinking about taking some candle making classes, meaning I would take a class on how to add fragerance, melt wax, mix colors, make layered candles, make different shaped candles, etc...
but first I will have to find a class that sounds good for that.
If you have any ideas that would be great.
Also I am working on some ACEO one of a kind prints to sell in my Etsy store.
They would be one time prints made once and once only, so there would be only one in the world. Would you buy one if I did them up?
I feel kind of bad also cause I didnt get any easter themed charms up in my Etsy store, but I just didnt have the drive to work on them at the time. There just wasnt the need to create something.
Finally coming out of that artist block thankfully, it lasted about a week and a half, and I just couldnt figure out what to work on first.
If you want go and check out my CafePress kanji shirt design.
I'm selling it on T-shirts/Mugs/Sigg Water Bottle. It looks really good.

The above link is to those shirts, hopefully get some buyers :]
